The mission of Connecticut Flight Club is to grow general aviation. We strive to do this through education, training, safety, fellowship, and perhaps most importantly: low-cost recreational flying.

The club always maintains a ratio of 20 members per aircraft or better, meaning that aircraft availability is never a concern. Once per year, you can even take an aircraft on vacation for two weeks! Wet hourly aircraft rates ensure you always know what to expect.

Our home field is Hartford-Brainard Airport. Nestled on the bank the Connecticut River, Brainard is a great jumping-off point for many popular New England destinations. Hop over to Montauk or Cape Cod for a bite of seafood. Spend a warm summer’s day at Block Island without the hassle of the ferry. Tour the New York City skyline down the Hudson River. Head up north and peep the autumn leaves. It’s up to you, PIC!
